Teacher of Spanish and Portuguese, Modern Foreign Languages MFL is required to support Spanish (main) with Portuguese for an excellent school in South London. This is a rare and outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled MFL teacher with a strong Spanish & Portuguese teaching background to develop towards a management role.
The role would suit a highly skilled class practitioner with their main teaching language in Spanish & Portuguese at GCSE and A-Level (desired but not essential). You will have the freedom to develop a strong scheme work, support a high achieving department and inspire pupils in a good teaching environment.
The successful applicant MUST be a fully qualified teacher (PGCE, QTS or equivalent) – This is a mandatory requirement. Applicants who do not hold a formal teaching qualification will not be considered for this role.
You will demonstrate good teaching experience or a strong teaching experience in Spanish & Portuguese. A good understanding of teaching French would be an advantage however not essential.

You must be able to start in January 2014. The closing date for all applications will be Friday 29th November, but please send in your CV at your earliest opportunity for early interview dates. The position starts in January, all applicant must be able to start at January 2014. Interviews to be held on 28th-29th November and early December.
NOTE: NQTs, this role would be preferable for an experienced MFL teacher, however, if you are an outstanding NQT, TeachFirst applicant, we would love to hear from aspiring teachers.
