Position: Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Portuguese, German or Spanish speakers needed!!!
Location: City of London
Salary: £24k (1st year OTE £65k / 2nd year OTE £100k) + BENEFITS
Start date: End of October
The Company
Multilingual recruitment consultancy conveniently situated in the heart of Central London is looking to expand their operation further into the European market and needs fresh graduates with fluency in one of the following; Portuguese, German or Spanish.
The Role
Be responsible for the full 360 life cycle development, growth & management of long term client and candidate relationships
- Dealing with candidates and clients by telephone
- Qualifying candidates for opportunities
- Job advertising, marketing and database growth & development
Ideal Candidate
- FLUENCY in one of the following; Portuguese, German or Spanish.
- Recent Graduate – 2.2 or above
- History of hard work!!
- Not afraid of hearing no
- Motivated by money and success
