Facebook’s Preferred Marketing Developer Program (PMD) helps developers build products that make social marketing easier and more effective. The Partner Manager will work closely with our most strategic partners across a variety of business units (primarily product and engineering) to develop products and services related to marketing on Facebook. As a Partner Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to drive partner product road-maps and business growth. This position is based in our Dublin office.
Responsibilities

Serve as primary relationship owner to high priority technology partner developers

Identify and translate local market opportunities to help build a dynamic, innovative developer partner ecosystem

Prospect and recruit new entrants to the program to help build a dynamic, innovative developer partner ecosystem

Drive strategic and technical partner product development efforts from concept to launch

Evangelize Facebook’s products to developer partners and provide on-going education

Champion partner product feedback and feature requests within Facebook

Monitor partner compliance with program requirements, policies and objectives

Proactively resolve business and technical issues with partners

Gather partner feedback (feature requests, common technical issues, etc.) to enhance the PMD program and the developer partner experience

Provide consultative services to Facebook sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing PMD solutions/tools in the region

Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Facebook marketing products, especially those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology
Requirements

Proven client facing experience in partner management or technical account management in Spain and/or Italy

Exceptional written/oral communication skills and influence abilities

Excellent project management and quantitative/analytical skills

Ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel

Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally
